Short version:

• Kinsey 3 (approximately evenly bisexual) and aromantic.
• Kinky/toppy as fuck (yes to domming the hell out of partners in most agreed-upon contexts).
• As shipping goes: yes to Jemma, yes to Kara, yes to Isabelle, yes to Natasha, almost certainly yes to virtually any other MCU woman you can dream up, it's complicated but probably about Hunter and Clint, we can talk about other MCU film-canon guys, would entertain the possibility of Trip, almost certainly not about her other male teammates, get the fuck away Grant Ward.

Regarding partners and relationships:

• Bobbi is bisexual (~Kinsey 3) and aromantic.  If she chooses to discuss the latter, which isn't likely, it will probably be in vague terms like how she doesn't get "the warm fuzzies" for people.  But she's probably not going to discuss it, because she almost never trusts people enough.
• She can have vanilla sex, and she won't be bothered by it, but her instinct is to at the very least play rough.  That's just how she does.  She's very responsible about any sex she does but especially things that tip over into kink.
• If she could go her whole life just having one-night stands and friends with benefits arrangements, that would be perfect for her.  As we've seen the marriage/commitment/relationship thing has historically not worked well for her.
• As pertains to the above kink inclinations, Bobbi is, to put it plainly, hella domme.  She absolutely does not allow herself to be vulnerable enough to facilitate anything submissive, and what's more she doesn't particularly enjoy the feeling of being.  She does understand that others enjoy it, though, and she wants to make that as nice for them as she can.  Plus, she flat gets off on topping.

Regarding shipping:

• Instant yes (in canon): Jemma, Natasha, Skye, Maria, Sharon, Victoria, Isabelle, Melinda, Anne, Kara - are you seeing a pattern here any woman is almost automatically invited to play.
• Also: I've really warmed up to Hunter over time, and I will default to assuming that anything set in the present MCU era involves "Bobbi and Hunter are fucking and also." I don't think they're good as exclusive partners, but I do think that whether or not they want to admit it they're kind of drift compatible and especially since they went on the run together it makes sense for them to be mostly-on-occasionally-off romantic partners that are in no way exclusive and therefore are thoroughly open to polyamorous entanglements because they've finally talked that out and realized exclusivity and formal commitment are where their issues lie. Hunter basically said as much in 5.05 when he was talking to Fitz.
• Negotiable (in canon): Doing emotionally charged exes/undefined whatever stuff with Clint is probably fair, though a bit of discussion beforehand might be nice.  (I have some comics background in this.)  As for the other boys in MCU, the nos are Mack, Fitz, Coulson, Ward, Tony, and, y'know, the older generation.
• "Types" (particularly for cross-canon): aesthetic attraction combined with finding them interesting.  This can take many forms, and it likely will.  Since she doesn't get romantically attracted, relationship attraction is not going to come into play.
